Established in 1963, AGBU Camp Nubar is an overnight camp located in the majestic Catskill Mountains of New York State, nestled in 365 acres of forestland, with a private, spring-fed lake. Every summer, the Camp welcomes hundreds of campers, ages 8-15, from all over the world. Programs are geared toward building self-esteem and encouraging socialization while instilling a sense of pride in the shared love for the Armenian heritage. The Camp’s exciting and varied curriculum provides all the experiences of a traditional American summer camp in an environment that embraces the Armenian spirit.
